Returns & Refunds
At RD1844, each item is made to order. Because our products are created specifically for you, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
The item arrives damaged
The item is defective
You receive the wrong item or size due to an error on our end
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size ordered
Normal wear and tear
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Because items are made on demand, returned products cannot be restocked.
